space. Job Title: Sales Lead West Coast (Commercial/Private Sector
Focus) Location: West Coast, USA (Remote with Travel) About

private sectors . Key Responsibilities: Sales Hunting and New
Business Development Identify, pursue, and close deals with
commercial and private sector clients Client Relationship
Management Build and nurture strategic partnerships with key
stakeholders, including C-level executives and procurement teams.
Market Strategy Develop and execute go-to-market plans for
BuzzClan's core offerings: IT Staff Augmentation Cloud and
Infrastructure Solutions Data Engineering and Analytics Business
Application Services QA and Automation Proposal Development Lead
RFP/RFQ responses and contract negotiations. Pipeline Management
Track, forecast, and report on sales targets and revenue growth.
Team Collaboration Work with delivery teams to align solutions with
client needs. Required Qualifications: 7 years in B2B sales with a
focus on commercial/private sector clients (IT services, staffing,
or consulting preferred). Proven hunter mentality Demonstrated
success in new logo acquisition and revenue growth. Strong
understanding of private sector procurement and sales cycles.
Experience with staff augmentation, managed services, or IT
solutions sales. Established network in West Coast commercial
markets (tech, healthcare, finance, etc.). Ability to travel up to
30% for client meetings and industry events. Nice-to-Have:
Familiarity with Oracle, AWS, or Microsoft partnerships. MBA or
advanced degree. Experience mentoring junior sales teams.
