Job Description:
Human Resources Business Partner Atlanta, GA Job Summary: The
Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic
partner to business leaders, aligning HR strategies with
organizational objectives. The HRBP provides expert guidance and
support in areas such as organizational design, talent management,
employee relations, performance management, and change management
to drive business performance and employee engagement. Key
Responsibilities: Partner with department leaders to develop and
implement HR strategies that support business goals. Serve as a
trusted advisor on employee relations issues, organizational
design, workforce planning, and succession planning. Provide
coaching and guidance to managers on performance management,
leadership development, and employee engagement. Drive and support
change management initiatives across departments. Collaborate with
HR Centers of Excellence (e.g., Talent Acquisition, Learning &
Development, Compensation & Benefits) to deliver comprehensive HR
solutions. Analyze HR metrics and provide insights and
recommendations to improve organizational effectiveness. Support
the talent review process, identify high-potential employees, and
implement development plans. Ensure compliance with all employment
laws, regulations, and HR policies. Facilitate employee engagement
and culture-building initiatives within the business units. Mediate
and resolve employee conflicts, conduct investigations, and
recommend appropriate actions. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in
Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field;
Master's degree or MBA preferred. 5 years of progressive HR
experience, including experience as an HR Generalist or HRBP.
Strong business acumen and ability to align HR strategies with
business needs. Thorough understanding of employment laws and HR
best practices. Demonstrated experience in employee relations,
talent management, and organizational development. Excellent
communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills. Strong
analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to use HR data to
inform decisions. Proficient with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office
Suite. Preferred Skills/Certifications: HR Certification (e.g.,
SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR). Experience supporting leadership teams or
business units in a matrixed organization. Industry-specific
experience in [insert industry, e.g., tech, healthcare,
manufacturing] is a plus.
