Job Details Job Details: We are currently seeking a dynamic and
highly-driven Employees Benefits Account Manager to join our
vibrant team. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned
professional who is passionate about providing outstanding customer
service, establishing and maintaining strong relationships with
clients, and driving the success of our benefits programs. The
ideal candidate will have a strong background in account
management, life and health benefits, small and large group
renewals, proposals, policy analysis, Benefit Enrollment Guides,
HIPAA, COBRA, FLEX, ERISA, and more. Responsibilities: As a
Employees Benefits Account Manager, you will be responsible for: 1.
Managing a portfolio of client accounts and acting as the primary
point of contact for all client inquiries and concerns. 2.
Developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive benefits
packages for small and large groups. 3. Conducting thorough policy
analysis to ensure all benefits programs are compliant with federal
and state laws, including HIPAA, COBRA, FLEX, and ERISA. 4.
Preparing and presenting detailed proposals and renewal agreements
to clients. 5. Creating and distributing Benefit Enrollment Guides
to educate employees about their benefits options. 6. Overseeing
the benefits enrollment process and ensuring all employees receive
the necessary information and assistance. 7. Collaborating with
other team members to identify and implement strategies for
improving customer satisfaction and retention. 8. Staying
up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in employee
benefits and adjusting strategies as necessary. Qualifications: To
be successful in this role, you will need: 1. A minimum of 5 years
of experience in account management, life and health benefits,
small and large group renewals, proposals, policy analysis, Benefit
Enrollment Guides, HIPAA, COBRA, FLEX, ERISA, or a related field.
2. Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to build and
maintain strong relationships with clients. 3. Strong analytical
skills and the ability to interpret complex benefits information.
4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the
ability to effectively present information to clients. 5. A high
level of organizational skills and attention to detail. 6. The
ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently. 7.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
programs. 8. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human
