Tech Support / Customer Service Representative Location:
Marietta, GA Pay: $20 - $24 per hour We are looking for a Tech
Support / Customer Service Representative who is ready to deliver
exceptional client service and technical support to our growing
customer base. We ensure customer needs are met quickly and
accurately, helping us maintain our reputation for outstanding
service. Key Responsibilities of the Tech Support / Customer
Service Representative: The Tech Support / Customer Service
Representative will provide prompt technical support and resolution
for product-related issues. Manage and track all client support
tickets through the CRM system, ensuring timely follow-up and
resolution. Deliver excellent customer service to maintain positive
client relationships. Will collaborate with internal teams to
resolve complex issues and escalate concerns when necessary.
Document support interactions and technical solutions for ongoing
process improvements. Qualifications for the Tech Support /
Customer Service Representative: Associate's or Bachelor's degree
is a plus, but not required. Experience working with CRM systems or
similar ticket management software. Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
