What We Offer Competitive Pay Health/Dental Insurance Life Insurance 401(k) Paid Holidays Paid Vacation Responsibilities Service in-store and telephone customers in a courteous and professional manner Provide counter sales support for appliance parts and HVAC equipment, parts, and supplies Determine correct replacement parts and HVAC components using model numbers, schematics, and technical documentation Generate quotes and process sales for HVAC equipment, and related accessories Use computer systems and catalog lookups to determine stock numbers, availability, and pricing Advise customers of substitutions, updated parts, or changes in equipment specifications Examine the condition of returned parts and determine eligibility for exchange or refund Maintain, monitor, clean, and stock inventory, merchandise displays, and workspace Accurately and efficiently enter sales orders into the computer system Process end-of-day cash reporting and reconciliation Manage shipments and coordinate delivery of goods and services Requirements Previous experience in HVAC equipment and parts sales strongly preferred Working knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and accessories Ability to read and interpret model numbers, parts diagrams, and technical documentation Must be able to lift 50 lbs., bend, stretch, stand for extended periods of time, reach, sit, and walk Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent interpersonal skills with strong customer-service focus Above-average organizational skills Ability to satisfy customer demand quickly and accurately Ability to follow directions of immediate supervisor and management We are an equal opportunity employer.
