for a Business Development Specialist. The firm leverages
technology to provide high-quality, efficient, and transparent
solutions tailored to today’s business needs. Their fully remote

approaches. Position Overview The firm is seeking a strategic and
entrepreneurial Business Development Specialist to join their
growing team. This is a brand-new position. In this role, you would
be instrumental in driving the firm’s growth by identifying new
opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and refining our
business development functions. You must have experience in
business development or marketing, especially in a legal or
professional services environment, who is eager to help shape the
future of a modern law firm. What We’re Looking For 5 years of
business development, marketing, or client relations experience,
ideally in the legal or professional services sector. Strong
understanding of legal services, including industry delivery
models, business dynamics, and market trends. Proven track record
of generating and converting new business, particularly through
strategic outreach and relationship-building. Expertise in
preparing compelling, data-driven pitches and presentations.
Advanced research skills across legal, business, and
industry-specific resources. Proficiency with CRM systems and data
analytics tools to track and optimize outreach efforts. Excellent
client service orientation, strong listening skills, and the
ability to engage with firm leadership and cross-functional teams.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a demonstrated ability to build
business development programs from the ground up. Exceptional
communication, writing, and presentation skills. Ability to thrive
in a fast-paced, remote environment with flexibility and autonomy.
