Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year A bit about us: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Parts Manager to join our automotive team. The successful candidate will be responsible for directing and scheduling employees, forecasting inventory goals, establishing pricing, and maintaining profit margins. This position requires a strong leader who can manage a team of 5 and hiring more within the next 18 months , work closely with the service manager and body shop manager, and effectively communicate with wholesale customers. The Parts Manager will also be responsible for maintaining inventory wholesale accounts, controlling account receivable, maintaining delivery vehicles, and directing shipping and receiving operations. This role requires a strong understanding of customer service, sales management, product knowledge, and inventory management. The dealership is offering relocation assistance. Why join us? Paid training and certifications Paid time off and holidays Competitive wages Will off relocation package for the ideal background 401(k) with matching contributions 401(k) Roth Medical, dental, vision, and life benefits HSA matching Contributions Work-Life Balance 5-day work week Job Details Responsibilities: Forecast inventory goals and manage inventory of automotive parts for wholesale accounts, body shop, and self-service Establish and maintain pricing for automotive parts to ensure profitable margins Prepare and manage the department budget, controlling costs and maximizing profitability Maintain delivery vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition Direct shipping and receiving operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency Work closely with the service manager and body shop manager to ensure seamless coordination Control account receivable to ensure timely payments Provide exceptional customer service to our wholesale customers Use your sales management skills to drive sales and achieve targets Use your product knowledge to effectively manage inventory and assist customers Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the automotive manufacturing industry Proven experience in directing and scheduling employees, managing inventory, and establishing pricing Strong sales management skills with a track record of achieving sales targets Exceptional product knowledge of automotive parts Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build strong relationships with wholesale customers Experience in preparing and managing budgets Proven ability to control account receivable Experience in maintaining delivery vehicles and directing shipping and receiving operations Ability to work closely with service manager and body shop manager Bilingual in Spanish is a plus Must have a valid Georgia Driver's License Strong organizational and leadership skills Proven ability to manage a team of employees.
