Job Title: Outside Sales Representative - Flooring Job Type:
Full-time
We have a very hands-off management style, so no micro-managing, we
are always there for support though.
As an Outside Sales Representative specializing in flooring, you
will play a crucial role in driving business growth by establishing
and cultivating relationships with clients. You will be responsible
for promoting and selling our comprehensive range of flooring
products to commercial customers. Generate new business through
prospecting and networking efforts
Conduct on-site visits to assess customer needs and provide
flooring solutions
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects,
designers, and contractors
Collaborate with the internal sales and support teams to ensure
seamless customer experiences
Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential
clients
Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
Proven track record in outside sales, preferably in the flooring
industry
Knowledge of various types of flooring products and
applications
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales
Competitive base salary and commission structure
