Job Description:
Senior Solutions Consultant: Responsible for design and
development using web-based technologies such as .NET Framework,
C#, SOAP or REST Services, OO Design Principles on the Verint (fka
KANA) Channel Automation CRM using platform features such as EVA
framework, Customer Experience Designer, Process Designer & amp;
Procedure tool, Integration services tools, and CC Admin tools.

REQ.: Bachelor's degree or foreign educational equivalent in C/S,
Information Sciences, MIS, or Engineering (Computer or Electronics)
and 3 years of post-baccalaureate experience in implementing
solutions using Verint (fka KANA) CRM.
Qualified candidates must be willing to travel and/or relocate to
various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.
Working remotely from any location in the continental U.S.
is permitted.
