Job Description:
Job Description Salary: The Dispatcher is responsible for both
receiving and processing emergency response and customer service
requests from our clientele. The Dispatcher qualifies the nature of
the call, makes a selection of resources, and provides information
and instructions to the field teams. This position will work
closely with the Customer Contact Center Manager in supporting
Operations, Dispatch, and Project Coordinators. A Dispatcher should
exemplify a wide variety of talents and experience, including
having expanded technical skills to reach analytical insights, and
exceptional problem-solving abilities while working in a fast-paced
environment. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Perform multiple
tasks simultaneously; take appropriate action and escalate priority
responses with multi-functional departments while remaining calm
under all circumstances Answer incoming calls Enter and qualify
opportunities Direct or transfer inquiries to the appropriate
parties Prepare daily operations job assignments Maintain critical
Salesforce components including Dispatch Console, Service
Appointments, and Field Service while also providing support to
field technicians if challenges arise Disseminate clear and concise
communication Input project folders daily Coordinate additional
resources as requested from the field Communicate status of
available resources with the Incident Commander throughout the week
Participate in after-hours rotation Knowledge, Skills, and
Abilities: General knowledge of service offerings, industry
standards, and market expectations Excellent written and verbal
communication skills with the ability to communicate professionally
Ability to rapidly process information and make well-informed
decisions with regards to resource management with confidence
Strong organizational and time management skills with an emphasis
on accuracy and attention to detail Strong sense of urgency and
problem-solving skills Highly motivated; able to work independently
and in a team environment Highly dependable and reliable with
regards to work schedule and ability to meet project deadlines
Demonstrated expertise, and commitment to, providing an extremely
high level of customer service Exhibits active listening skills
Education/Experience/Certifications: High School Diploma, GED, or
equivalent Advanced computer skills and proficiency with a Mac.
Experience using Google Business Suite and Salesforce. Restoration
or Construction field experience is a plus.
