a Solution Architect, you will be within PNC's Retail Strategy
organization, supporting the Solution Architecture team.
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Solution
Architect to lead the design and architecture of scalable and
robust Salesforce solutions. This role is critical to driving our
CRM strategy, ensuring optimal system architecture, and aligning
Salesforce capabilities with our broader business goals. The ideal
candidate will have deep technical expertise in Salesforce
products, strong leadership skills, and a proven ability to
translate complex business requirements into effective technical
solutions.
Key Responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to
the below:
--- Architect end-to-end Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud,
Service Cloud, and other Salesforce platforms.
--- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and
development teams to gather requirements and translate them into
scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.
--- Provide technical oversight of development teams, as well as
leadership and mentoring of the solution architecture team. This
will ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and
integration strategies.
--- Lead data modeling, integration design, and governance efforts
across enterprise systems.
--- Stay up to date with Salesforce platform innovations and
recommend enhancements to improve system efficiency and business
outcomes.This is a remote position. Work may be performed from a
quiet, confidential space in a home location, approved by PNC. This
position may not be available in all geographic locations.Job
Description
- Designs solution roadmaps, according to business strategies and
processes in solution architecture, through client requirement
analysis, cross-team collaboration and problem resolution.
- Designs solution roadmaps, and system and software architecture
according to business strategies and solution architecture
standards/processes.
- Analyzes client requirements and determines appropriate
solutions to these requirements based on business needs.
- Resolves routine to moderately complex problems and issues in
solution architecture; assesses any potential risks and determines
solutions to these risks.
- Works with other solution architecture staff, technology
experts and business stakeholders to provide functional support to
clients on solution architecture updates.PNC Employees take pride

Salary: $65,000.00 - $194,350.00Salaries may vary based on
geographic location, market data and on individual skills,
