Committed to Whole-Person Care - You believe in an integrative approach to healthcare, addressing physical, mental, and metabolic health to support patients on their journey to longevity and wellness.4oRequirements-- Master's degree from an AMA accredited school for Advanced Practice Providers.-- Current, active PA or NP licensure in State of employment is required.-- Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Board Certification (or board eligible)-- Active, non-probationary, unrestricted Georgia State License-- Active DEA license or eligibly to obtain-- 1+ year clinical experience in internal medicine or primary care practice setting.
