President of Supply Chain & Distribution to lead and scale its
multi-billion-dollar distribution and supply management programs.
This executive will serve on the senior leadership team and be
responsible for forecasting, distributor management, and driving
operational excellence across a network supporting thousands of

for the right candidate Job Details Key Responsibilities: Lead and
optimize national distribution strategy, ensuring consistent,
high-quality service and minimal disruption to restaurant
operations. Oversee all demand planning and forecasting related to
product promotions, national campaigns, and limited-time offerings
(LTOs). Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align
supply decisions with strategic business initiatives. Manage
distributor relationships, performance metrics, compliance, and
contract terms across a multi-region footprint. Lead and mentor
teams across supply management and distribution functions. Identify
and implement opportunities for cost savings, service improvement,
and supply chain innovation. Ideal Candidate Profile: 15 years of
progressive supply chain leadership in foodservice, restaurant, or
retail distribution environments. Proven experience managing
national distribution networks and high-volume forecasting
(particularly with LTOs or promotional items). Strong background in
supplier/distributor contract management and performance
improvement. High EQ with ability to influence cross-functional
stakeholders across operations, marketing, finance, and
franchisees. Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing
teams while fostering a collaborative and accountable culture.
Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain,
Business, Finance, or related field; MBA a plus. Experience working
with national or regional foodservice distributors (e.g., McLane,
US Foods, PFG, SYGMA). Analytical mindset with the ability to
derive insights from KPIs and make strategic decisions. Interested
