Atlanta | Hybrid AmLaw 50 firm seeking an Associate, Senior Associate, or Counsel (3 years) to join its Compensation, Benefits & ERISA Litigation practice , with a focus on health & welfare plans , in Atlanta. This opportunity is ideal for an attorney with experience advising employers and plan sponsors on complex employee benefits matters, including regulatory compliance and litigation involving health and welfare plans. The Role • Advise clients on health & welfare plan compliance and regulatory matters • Handle matters involving HIPAA, COBRA, the Affordable Care Act, the No Surprises Act, and the Mental Health Parity & Addiction Equity Act • Support and lead ERISA litigation and investigations involving employee benefit plans • Counsel employers, plan sponsors, and fiduciaries on compliance, risk management, and plan administration • Work within a nationally recognized employee benefits practice handling sophisticated matters for major employers Ideal Background • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school • 3 years of relevant experience in employee benefits, ERISA, or health & welfare plan matters • Experience advising on HIPAA, COBRA, ACA, mental health parity, and related regulations • Admission to the Georgia Bar or eligible for admission • Strong academic credentials • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to manage multiple concurrent matters Why This Opportunity • AmLaw 50 employee benefits platform • High-level regulatory and litigation exposure • Sophisticated work involving complex health & welfare plan issues • Hybrid flexibility in Atlanta • Market-leading compensation Compensation: $235,000–$390,000 (dependent on experience and qualifications) Confidential Inquiries Additional details available in a confidential discussion.
