We are actively recruiting for a transactional attorney with 3 years of experience to support a dynamic transactional practice that exclusively focuses on representing government entities. This position includes a hybrid work schedule, reasonable billable requirement, lucrative multifaceted bonus structure, comprehensive employer-paid benefits, and a 401k profit sharing program. As part of the transactional team, you'll handle sophisticated transactions and contract matters across the firm's diverse core specialties which include: Government Law Employment Law Real Estate Litigation Land Use & Zoning Business Litigation Government Contracts Construction Law Regulatory Compliance We are seeking an attorney with a strong general transactional skillset to assist partners across various high-level matters. Core responsibilities will encompass representing government entities in complex negotiations with developers and property owners, structuring and negotiating real property acquisitions and dispositions, conducting title examinations, drafting and editing government contracts, and providing counsel on business and regulatory matters.
