End the School Day with Energy, Care, and Purpose At Miles Ahead Charter School (MACS) , we know the school day doesn’t end at the final bell—and neither does a child’s need for safety, joy, and guidance. That’s where you come in. Under the direction of the MACS’ Infinity Care Director, the After Care & Operations Associate is responsible for supporting & facilitating activities, games, crafts, and homework help for scholars that participate in MACS’ infinity care program. Scholars will range in grade level of Kinder - 5th grade. The ACPA should be creative, energetic, helpful and a leading example of the school’s High-5-Habits: kindness, compassion, determination, integrity, & wonder. The ACPA is committed to representing the school in a professional and friendly manner at all times. In addition, it is essential that the person for this role is organized, able to multi-task, work flexibly and have a ‘can do’ approach to work, as no two days are the same. Available Shifts We are currently hiring for the following part-time schedules: Schedule A : 3 PM – 6 PM, Monday–Friday Schedule B : 10 AM – 6 PM, Monday & Wednesday Schedule C : 10 AM – 6 PM, Tuesday & Thursday Schedule D : 2 PM – 6 PM, Wednesday & Thursday; 10 AM – 6 PM, Friday
