The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Microsoft Dynamics/ERP development, with a strong emphasis on PowerBI. This role will involve working on exciting and challenging projects, developing high-quality solutions for our clients, and contributing to the growth and success of our business. Job Details Responsibilities: 1. Design, develop, and implement Microsoft Dynamics Business Central solutions to meet business needs and objectives. 2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements. 3. Develop and maintain PowerBI reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to stakeholders. 4. Assist in the integration of Business Central with other systems and applications. 5. Provide technical guidance and support to end users, including troubleshooting and problem-solving. 6. Conduct system testing and quality assurance to ensure the functionality and performance of developed solutions. 7. Keep up-to-date with the latest Microsoft Dynamics and PowerBI technologies and best practices. 8. Provide training and documentation to end users to ensure effective use of solutions. 9. Participate in project planning and management, including setting timelines and meeting project deliverables. Qualifications: 1. A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Microsoft Dynamics/ERP development. 2. Proficiency in PowerBI, including the ability to develop and maintain complex reports and dashboards. 3. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, including its functionality, customization, and integration capabilities. 4. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. 5. Strong understanding of ERP systems and their application in a business context. 6. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. 7. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. 8. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 9. Relevant Microsoft certifications would be an added advantage.
