JOB The role of the Account Manager will be responsible for the
following duties: Identifying companies that need help finding
great employees. Meeting with hiring managers and executive
officers and learning how and why they partner with staffing and
recruiting companies to find talent. Preparing service plans to
address the goals of your customers and help them access great
people to work for them. Make in person calls, telephone calls,
send emails and use all forms of communication to identify good
prospects and close business.
