Description: Job Summary: Change Consultant Workday Peakon
Implementation We are seeking a contractor to support the change
and communications workstream for our Workday Peakon
implementation. This project marks our transition from event-based
surveys to a continuous, monthly employee listening approach. The
consultant will play a key role in developing messaging and
communications that convey the value of continuous listening and
set clear expectations for employees, people leaders, executives,
and HRBPs. Key responsibilities include: Crafting tailored
communications and positioning messages for various stakeholder
groups Creating performance support materials (e.g., quick guides,
FAQs, talking points) Contributing to training resources that
enable stakeholder readiness and adoption This is a hands-on role
focused on ensuring clarity, alignment, and engagement throughout
the transition to continuous listening. Requirements: Experience in
Change Management for HR Tech Implementations Proven track record
supporting enterprise software rollouts, ideally Workday Peakon or
similar tools (e.g., Qualtrics, Glint), with a focus on employee
experience or engagement. Strong Strategic Communications Skills
Able to develop compelling, audience-specific messaging for diverse
stakeholders (employees, people leaders, executives, HRBPs) and
translate technical concepts into plain language. Content Creation
Expertise Skilled at producing high-impact performance support
materials such as job aids, toolkits, quick reference guides, FAQs,
and onboarding/training assets. Stakeholder-Centered Approach Adept
at understanding stakeholder needs and building messaging and
resources that drive clarity, confidence, and adoption across
varied roles. • Agility and Self-Direction Comfortable working in a
fast-moving environment with evolving requirements, able to
prioritize and deliver with minimal oversight while collaborating
effectively across teams. Onsite requirements? 5 days/week or Flex
Onsite Schedule 2-3 days per week/month? None are required. If the
