(Bilingual) - Remote - 2 Openings Location: Remote Duration: 2
Years Hours: 8:00 5:00 CST (Flexibility to work with individuals
outside of the US) Description: We are searching for two Senior
Associates to support our benefits function for a 24-month contract
position. These positions will support our global benefits function
within our Total Rewards Center of Excellence (COE) to create
detailed inventories of benefit programs (including knowledge
articles) and to assist with benefits harmonization activities for
our business units for our APAC, LATAM and EMEA regions (over 40
countries). Duties and qualifications include: Benefits Inventory
Work with Field HR and HR Delivery Centers (HRDCs) in regions
outside of North America (APAC, LATAM and EMEA) to: Collect source
documents (policies, plan documents, legal agreements) for all
benefits within each country Create Policy documents for existing
benefits with no documentation Create Benefit Knowledge Articles HR
and Employee view Centralize and post benefit Knowledge Articles
for HR with plan information in easy-to-use format Add/update
centralized Inventory portal with detailed benefit plan details,
vendors, costing, and program management information Business Unit
Harmonization Support Prepare side by side analysis of insured and
non-insured benefits for countries considering harmonization Put
together recommendations on cost, employee impact and complexity of
change Develop initial plan and timeline for harmonization of
insured benefits Required Skills and Qualifications: Understanding
of international employee benefits landscape, including local
regulations and market practices across various regions Previous
experience with complex benefit plans, including health insurance,
retirement plans, and wellness programs Strong analytical skills to
assess data and identify trends Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with
cross-functional teams across different cultures Ability to manage
multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines Proficiency in
HR systems and data analysis tools Top 5 Required Skills: 3-5 years
of experience in Benefits Management for countries outside of the
US. Ability to gather information from client employees and help to
identify a benefit plan to suit their individual need 2-3 years of
Project Management Skills Strong data analytics skills and ability
to manage multiple projects with global teams across the world.
Excellent Communication Skills, written and verbal Technology
Proficiencies: Microsoft Office Workday Preferred Attributes:
Bilingual French, Spanish, German Project Management Certification
Required Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent Interview
