OverviewThe Human Resources Coordinator will be responsible for office and support of our Human Resources team in performing a variety of human resource administrative duties.Responsibilities

  • Perform entries, updates, and status changes of employee information in HRIS and timekeeping systems.
  • Planning and coordination of special events and meetings.
  • Support new employee on-boarding process: Conduct new hire orientations, and other related tasks as needed.
  • Provide general HR information to all employees based on established practices and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate employee records.
  • Interface directly with all levels of Management and employees
  • Act as backup for Human Resources Generalist
  • Support Management Staff in accomplishing their business goals by assisting with various reports and duties.
  • Support Learning and Development coordination needs.
  • Track and Document all Leave of Absences ensuring appropriate communications are happening internally and externally with third party vendor.
  • Manage the employee service award program and supports other employee recognition programs.
  • Manage the HR mailbox to ensure inquiries addressed directly or are routed to the appropriate department.
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as per business need. Qualifications
    • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field of study required.
    • 2-4 Years Human Resources experience as an administrator or general support.
    • Good written and oral communication skills; must be able to read, write, and speak English
    • Proficient with MS Office Products (Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Word.)
    • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information in a professional manner
    • Ability to work independently, develop and follow-up on plans, and resolve conflicts effectively
    • Ability to effectively prioritize tasks to support business requirements
    • Must be able to multi-task, and handle multiple projects simultaneously, easily adapt to changing situations.LANGUAGE SKILLS
      • Bilingual Spanish a plusPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT
        • In office position 5 days a week
        • Sitting, standing, walking, bending and twisting as necessary.
