Job Description Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Occupational Therapist for a travel job in Jackson, Georgia. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Occupational Therapist - Discipline: Therapy - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours - Employment Type: Travel Make a meaningful difference as a travel Occupational Therapist in Jackson, GA. We seek a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve daily skills while working in a skilled nursing facility setting. /n /n Minimum Requirements /n - Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program. - Active Georgia OT license required to start the assignment. - Current BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required. - Experience working in a skilled nursing facility required. Preferred: 1 year of SNF experience delivering evaluations, treatment plans, and functional interventions. - Experience with documentation in electronic medical record systems. Preferred: experience with MDS or Medicare-focused documentation. - Demonstrated competency with assistive devices, ADL retraining, and restorative nursing programs preferred. - Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams and communicate effectively with patients and families. /n /n Assignment Details /n - Facility type: Skilled Nursing Facility. - Shift: Days. /n /n Location Highlights /n /n Jackson, GA offers convenient access to regional parks and metropolitan amenities.
