Job Description Family Med Group seeking a Family Medicine Physician in Dawsonville, GA! Contact anna @nowhealthcare.org We are an independent family practice that strives to serve our community in the spirit of the “old time family Doc.” Our community is exploding and we are looking for a physician who shares our values of delivering caring-personalized medical care to help us meet patients’ needs. Current practice providers are the founder/FM doctor, PA and FNP. Private practice founded in 2004 4 day work week, plus one Saturday per month. We have established a reputation in Dawsonville and the north Georgia area as a practice that sincerely cares about our patients and delivers quality services. We deliver patient care through primary care, hormone therapy, addiction therapy and detox, and DOT Physicals. There is a potential partnership opportunity with this role for the right candidate. RESPONSIBILITIES ?Provide primary care management to patients in Dawsonville and surrounding areas Expand on your list of existing patient base Coordinate care between multiple specialists Communicate with patients’ referring physicians on the status of the patients’ treatment QUALIFICATIONS ?Unrestricted medical license to practice in the state of Georgia Minimum of 5 years of experience as a primary care physician preferred Board certification in family medicine, internal medicine, or pediatrics Extensive knowledge of medical and diagnostic procedures BENEFITS Potential partnership opportunity Competitive salary Comprehensive benefits package Work/life balance Paid malpractice insurance and industry dues LOCATION Great school districts (Forsyth County schools are ranked 2 in GA) Access to the beautiful Lake Lanier, which offers many activities such as boating, fishing, swimming, and beach access Access to the North GA mountains, which offers camping, hiking, kayaking on the rivers.
