Job Description This Family Medicine Physician opportunity is based in Woodland, California , at a community-focused outpatient health center serving a diverse and underserved population. The Woodland site is known for its broad access to care, extended clinic hours, and strong emphasis on integrated, wraparound services that support patients beyond traditional primary care. Physicians practice within a multidisciplinary model that includes behavioral health, care coordination, and ancillary support, allowing providers to focus on delivering comprehensive, patient-centered care. The clinic environment promotes continuity, access, and collaboration, with established workflows, strong MA and nursing support, and leadership invested in provider sustainability.
