Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: House Supervisor - Discipline: RN - Start Date: ASAP - Duration: Ongoing - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Per Diem Now Hiring: House Supervisor – PRN (Nights) Location: Roswell, Georgia Shift: PRN | Night Shift We are seeking an experienced and confident House Supervisor (RN) to join our team on a PRN Night basis. This role provides leadership, operational oversight, and clinical support across hospital units during off-shift hours. Key Responsibilities - Provide clinical and administrative leadership during night shifts - Oversee hospital operations in the absence of senior leadership - Support nursing staff with clinical decision-making and problem resolution - Ensure safe staffing levels and coordinate patient placement and bed management - Respond to emergencies, codes, and critical incidents as needed - Serve as a resource for policy interpretation, patient care issues, and conflict resolution - Collaborate with physicians, department leaders, and ancillary services - Ensure compliance with hospital policies, regulatory standards, and patient safety protocols - Address patient and family concerns promptly and professionally ? Qualifications - Active Georgia RN License (required) - BSN preferred - Minimum 3–5 years of acute care nursing experience - Prior charge nurse or supervisory experience strongly preferred - Strong leadership, communication, and critical-thinking skills - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities ?
