Description: The RN Clinical Nurse is a proactive member of an
interdisciplinary team. They ensure that patients and families
receive individualized high-quality, safe patient care. The
practice environment is administered by Nurse Managers and other
leaders. The care provided is supported through a professional
practice model and evidence-based practice. RN competencies are
derived from this model and supported by core values. All RN
Clinical Nurses are licensed and knowledgeable. They uphold the
