Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: ICU - Intensive Care Unit - Discipline: RN - Start Date: ASAP - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel Position Details Job Title: Registered Nurse – ICU (Float Pool) Department: ICU (Float Pool) Facility Address: Gainesville, GA 30501 Job Type: Contract (12 Weeks) Start Date: 07/29/2025 Shift Type: Night Shift (NOC – 12-hour shifts) Schedule: 3 x 12s, 36 hours per week Meal Break: 30 minutes Care Setting: Acute Care On-Call: No Position Summary The facility is seeking experienced and reliable ICU Registered Nurses to join their Float Pool for night shift coverage. RNs will work across various intensive care units depending on patient volume and acuity. This role requires critical thinking, adaptability, and the ability to deliver high-quality care under pressure in a fast-paced hospital environment. Key Responsibilities Provide direct and comprehensive care to critically ill patients in the ICU Administer medications, manage ventilators, and monitor complex medical equipment Collaborate with physicians and the multidisciplinary care team Perform timely and accurate charting of patient assessments and interventions Requirements/nLicense: Active RN License (GA or Compact)—must be in good standing/nExperience: Minimum 2–3 years of recent ICU experience required/nCertifications:/nAHA BLS/nAHA ACLS/nNIHHS/n/nApplication Process:/nPlease submit your resume to ashutosh.kumar@medcadre.com or call 949-620-6188.
