LinkJobs works with large health care systems, small clinics and everything in between, and we are currently searching for the right person for the following position: Full-time Physical Therapist - Home Health - Cobb County Responsibilities : The Physical Therapist is responsible for providing skilled rehabilitation services to patients in accordance with the Plan of Treatment. They evaluate, plan and administer comprehensive physical therapy modalities/regimens to patients in their place of residence for the purpose of developing and restoring function through rehabilitative physical therapy as prescribed by a physician. Qualifications : Current PT licensure, with no sanctions, restrictions, or provisions, in the state of Georgia Excellent communication and documentation skills Experience in Home Health preferred but not required Benefits Include : Autonomy to create your own Schedule!
