Responsibilities include building, developing, and leading all financial functions-from accounting to IT-serving as a trusted advisor to the CEO. We value servant leadership, collaboration, integrity, and humility.We seek a CFO with direct experience in the home improvement, remodeling, or construction industry, especially with revenue recognition, job costing, and forecasting across long sales and fulfillment cycles. The role requires a proactive, detail-oriented leader with a bias for action who can move swiftly and drive execution.Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership & Growth: Advising the CEO, modeling and planning geographic expansion, leading capital strategies, and developing financial strategies for growth.
• Financial Management & Optimization: Managing all financial functions, transitioning to accrual accounting, building systems for job costing and revenue recognition, and optimizing costs and margins.
• Technology & Systems Leadership: Implementing financial and IT systems, aligning IT with operational needs.
• Team Development & Culture: Building and leading a high-performing finance and IT team, fostering a culture of humility, urgency, and service.Qualifications & Experience
  • 10+ years of financial leadership, with at least 5 as a CFO or senior executive.
  • Experience in home improvement, remodeling, or construction industries, especially with long-cycle projects.
  • Proven ability to build financial systems, teams, and processes in a growth environment.
  • Hands-on with strong technical skills, entrepreneurial mindset, and experience with acquisitions and market expansion preferred.
  • Expertise in financial planning, analysis, compliance, and IT infrastructure.
