Job Description:
A company is looking for an Assistant Director - Out-of-State
Medicaid Eligibility (Remote).
Key Responsibilities:
Support the VP of Operations in leading a team of eligibility
screeners across multiple sites
Oversee OOS Medicaid eligibility processes, ensuring compliance
with state regulations
Train, coach, and mentor team members to ensure high-quality
performance and customer service
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Social Work, Public
Policy, or a related field (Master's preferred)
3-5 years of experience in eligibility screening, financial
counseling, or patient access
1-2 years of leadership experience in a healthcare or public
assistance environment
Deep understanding of Out-of-State Medicaid programs and
eligibility requirements
Experience with hospital systems and eligibility portals
