Main Mission: To develop and implement a training program for all employees within Chattanooga. Main Activitities: Schedule, manager and monitor training events on-site and off-site (SCOOP end-user, HSE, etc) Direct personnel training and development programs Perform needs analysis and formulate training policies and schedules Coordinate all floor training and ensure all related documents are completed and posted. Train supervisory personnel in effective training processes. Coordinate training courses with community educational facilities Participate in Continuous Improvement tools (POSITIVE, POMs, Focused Improvement Roadmap, etc) Serve as the Training expert for all internal and external audits. Serve as the MLP administrator and ensure all training is tracked appropriately. Maintain an effective and organized filing system to house all training. Ensure training plans are completed and documented. Requirements: Experience in Training in Manufacturing environment Bachelors degree in a related field or adequate experience in training coordination/manufacturing training Good organization skills Self motivated Able to coordinate more than one project at a time Able to implement new programs Previous experience in manufacturing environment Able to represent all shifts as required Competence with MS Office applications Good Customer Service Skills As a responsible company, OPmobility pays particular attention to diversity and equality within its teams and the Group commits to treat all job applications equally.
