Main Mission: Ensure that suppliers have accurate forecasat of releases to see that the right number of the right components are delivered at the right time in order to meet production requirements. Main Activities: -Using data in SAP to prepare forecast 4-6 months in the furture -Based on forecast, plan orders for components from suppliers -Monitor stock levels of raw material and ensure on-time delivery of material -Release orders from suppliers for components -Review and update released and planned orders daily -Communicate and follow-up on orders to suppliers -Maintain and control inventory balances -Serve as key user for the SCOOP system. Train end-users, provide supportm enforce good use of the system, help improve the system for the site, and manage impacts on SCOOP by new flows and projects Requirements: College degree or strong relevant experience 5 yeras experience working with domestic and international suppliers Experience with transportation/logistics industry helpful Strong working knowledge of SAP and SPAB Strong organizational skills MS office applications knowledge Self-discplined Good communication skills As a responsible company, OPmobility pays particular attention to diversity and equality within its teams and the Group commits to treat all job applications equally.
