and connected car. Main Mission -Ensure HSE policies are followed.
-Drives data driven control, implementing process data measurable
including IMPC and Mattec -Ensures processes and environment are
stable and optimises delivering predictable results -Participates
in new product/process tool validation and process development
launches Main Responsibilities Process: -Implement moulding
standards and exchanges within moulding networks best practices.
-Controls and optimizes process parameters. -Stabilizes and
optimizes moulding area performance (material consumption, scraps
reduction). -Reduces moulding changes overtime and deploy SMED.
-Tests and validates technical solutions (OPTIPRO and OPTICHANGE
projects, changes in the plant, equipment supplier). -Analyses
process failures. -Supports new projects launches in line iwth
OPTIMAP requirements. -Participates in continuous improvement
activities and productivity covering all process areas- cycle
times, scrap, downtime, machine/toold and energy. -Participates in
injection assessment. -Develops the injection processes and systems
ensuring a framework that will achieve world class standards of
quality and service to the customer and to achieve environmentla
compliance. -Own the technical integrity of injection (e.g. Mattec)
database and support introduction plans into plant Injection area.
-Designs and justify new improvements and equipment to reduce
downtime and increase productivity. Team Development: -Establishes
effective communication channels with the team and its people so as
to realize their knowledge and full potential and to make sure that
they are working to the same common business goals. -May train and
coach injection technicians and operators. Quaity/CIP: -Own the
injection process FMEA and makes sure that standardized work
practices are being used. -Continually develops/drives the
Injection Tech team and setters to deliver best in class processes
and standards. -Ensures quality standards are maintained by the
Injection Tech team. -Works with other departments to support and
solve joint problems- paint, assembly. Others: -May program robots
or lead injection robot programmers. -Actively represents the plant
in injection networks. -Put in place effectice visual management.
-Participates in injection technicians/setters recruitment to
assess technical abilities. Qualifications/Knowledge -Engineering
Degree level education or equivalent by experience.
-Chemical/Plastics technology engineer would be a plus. -Extensive
knowledge and understanding of injecion processes and systems.
-Good command of English. - 4-7 years of experience; field of
experience: industry, production or engineering of large production
equipment managment; injection plastics parts; large manufacturing
environment, with a proven background to problem-solving;
deployment of industrial standards and best practices; lean
application to products, processes and flows; extensive experience
of moulding plastic parts; equipment mangement; process management
and control. -Previous experience in Robots programming will be a
plus. -Computer skills -Good capabilities in problem solving

-Proven record of delivering results and application skills
