Hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 days from home) $175k-$200k base 15% bonus Comprehensive health, dental, & vision insurance 4 weeks of PTO 401k w/ company match Paid holidays Opportunities for professional development and career advancement Job Details Key Responsibilities: Financial Reporting & General Accounting Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close in accordance with U.S. GAAP Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and accounting schedules Assist in consolidating results across business units and analyze financial variances Cost & Inventory Accounting Oversee standard costing, variance analysis, and inventory valuation Ensure accuracy in inventory reconciliation and reporting Compliance & Controls Maintain strong internal controls and ensure policy compliance Support internal and external audit processes Identify and implement process improvements for accuracy and efficiency Audit, Tax & M&A Support Coordinate audit activities and respond to audit inquiries Collaborate with tax consultants on compliance with federal, state, and local regulations Assist with acquisition integration, purchase price accounting, and valuation coordination Team Leadership & Collaboration Supervise and mentor accounting staff Partner with AP, Inventory, and Finance teams across locations Provide training and foster continuous learning Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field CPA required 7 years of relevant accounting experience, ideally in manufacturing or distribution Strong grasp of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting standards Exposure to tools like SAP ECC, Sage, Epicor, or OneStream preferred Background in private equity-backed companies is a plus Experience in multi-site, high-growth environments is a plus Interested in hearing more?
