Job Details Job Responsibilities: Lead management reporting, including KPI tracking, dashboards, and financial performance analysis. Drive financial planning, forecasting, and reporting improvements. Manage investor financial updates and act as the main point of contact. Oversee loan compliance reporting and regional finance leadership. Support FP&A initiatives and corporate financial planning. Provide strategic insights and decision support to senior leadership. Prepare Board and executive presentations, including financial models for new opportunities. Apply advanced analytics to complex business issues beyond finance. Collaborate with business teams to promote data-driven decision-making. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent experience. 10 years of finance experience, preferably a mix of startup and investment banking. Proven ability to break down complex problems and drive strategic solutions. Strong analytical, modeling, and presentation skills. Effective communicator with executive management. Detail-oriented with a hands-on approach to financial analysis. Self-starter with business acumen and strategic thinking. Systems Expertise: ERP experience (Deltek Vantagepoint preferred).
