claims leadership to set clear project goals, metrics, and
deliverables. Plan and Strategize : Create comprehensive project
plans, detailing scope, timelines, resources, and risk management
strategies. Foster Collaboration : Act as a bridge between the
claims and IT teams, ensuring seamless integration on
technology-driven initiatives. Drive Progress : Monitor projects,
resolve roadblocks, and keep everything on track to meet deadlines
and budgets. Communicate and Lead : Conduct regular updates with
stakeholders, facilitate discussions on trade-offs, and provide
coaching to cross-functional teams. Evaluate and Improve : Conduct
post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and recommend
improvements. Stay Ahead : Keep informed on industry trends,
regulatory changes, and best practices to continually enhance
project outcomes. What We’re Looking For A Bachelor’s degree in
computer science, IT, or a related field. At least six years of
project management experience, with a focus on business operations
or claims. Certifications like PMI, Certified Scrum Master, or
equivalent preferred. Expertise in project management tools (e.g.,
MS Project, Visio) and methodologies. Exceptional skills in
communication, collaboration, facilitation, and negotiation. A
knack for risk management, problem-solving, and thriving in dynamic
environments. Experience with the insurance industry, especially
claims, is a big plus. Familiarity with software development
