Registered Nurse (RN) | Telemetry Location: Stockbridge, GA Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $1,966 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 14 Weeks Start Date: 4/13/2026 About the Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Telemetry Duration: 14 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum 1 year License: State license required Certifications: BLS, ACLS Must-Have: Prior travel experience Experience with cardiac drips including: Amiodarone, Cardizem, Dobutamine, Dopamine, Milrinone, Nitroglycerin Experience with diuretics including: Bumex, Lasix Experience with anticoagulants including: Aggrastat, Argatroban, Heparin Experience with insulin drips Basic arrhythmia knowledge Description: This role requires a registered nurse in telemetry. The focus is on managing adult to geriatric patients. Responsibilities include overflow IMCU, arrhythmia management, and cardioversion. Common conditions include cardiac CHF, chest pain, renal issues, and pulmonary conditions. The nurse will manage patients with cardiac arrhythmias, surgical needs, and post-cardiac cath. Occasional ortho or CVA patients may be included as well. There is a patient ratio of 1:5-6 in a unit with 32 beds. The role requires knowledge of telemetry and interpretation of dysrhythmias. Experience with hemodynamic monitoring is essential. Nurses will manage various drips, including those listed. The position involves floating within the facility as needed. Availability to work holidays and alternating weekends is expected. Submission of supervisory references is necessary. Compliance with full requirements is necessary for timely start. This position requires readiness for potential emergency situations, including rapid response participation. The candidate should demonstrate proficiency in various nursing procedures and patient care protocols. Flexibility to adapt to the unit's needs is vital.
